Luxe Life Collective Booking Policies Booking & Prepayment - All appointments must be booked online. Deposit is required to secure your spot and minimize no-shows. - After your appointment, you’re welcome to pre-book your next visit in person. Pre-booked appointments do not require prepayment but will still require a non refundable deposit. Pre-booking is highly recommended to avoid not having an appointment slot when needed. - The booking link is the best way to view real-time availability. If it’s open, it’s available! Special Requests & After-Hours Appointments - Appointments outside of regular hours may be considered, based on technician availability. - A $20 non-refundable special request fee is required to confirm these appointments (not applied to your service total). - An additional $20 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to your service. - Each time you reschedule a special request, a new special request fee will apply. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Appointment Reminders - Automated text and/or email reminders will be sent before your appointment. - If you’re not receiving reminders, please notify your technician so your contact details can be updated. - Reminders are sent to give you time to reschedule if needed. Late Policy - Arriving more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling based on availability, and a $10 late fee will be added to your service. Due to a tight schedule and to respect everyone's time, please do your best to be on time for your visit. Habitual late arrivals will result in pre-pay only and additional fees to block off extra time. No exceptions, please plan accordingly. - Please arrive on time—late arrivals impact other guests and your technician’s schedule. No Call/No Show Policy - No call/no show guests must prepay in full and pay an additional $20 non-refundable deposit for all future bookings (deposit not applied to service). There is a 50% no show fee that will be charged 10 mins after your appointment time ends if no contact has been made. You agree to this by booking. - Repeat no-shows will be banned from booking—no exceptions. One grace exception will be allowed before banned. Fees still apply. By booking, you agree that your card on file will be charged according to policy. Deposits & Payments - Deposits and fees may be paid before appointment will be fulfilled. Rescheduling - You may reschedule your appointment online or through your confirmation link. - Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to your technician and other guests. - Same-day time changes (for the same day) are allowed based on availability, with no fee. - If rescheduling for a different day on the same day as your appointment, a $10 reschedule fee applies. - Special request fees apply for after-hours reschedules. - Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please do not use DMs or text for booking or availability inquiries. Luxe Life does not accept text communication. Please call 469.340.2793 during business hours for questions or concerns. - As a solo practitioner, your esthetician may not always be able to respond immediately. Leave a voicemail when available and expect a call back as soon as possible. Special Promotions - To receive promotional pricing, appointments must be booked according to the promo terms (e.g., $40 Wax Day on Tuesdays only). Appointments on other days will be regular price. Forms- All forms must be filled out at your initial appointment. It will be your responsibility to update any medical changes including new medications with your technician before your appointment. Forms will be updated yearly, if no changed are reported.
